It also looked like some of the cars, 2 of them in particular, were designed to transport 'people', so maybe its a passanger train, carrying free units in the form of soldiers or rangers that cost no workers, only food or so. This got me thinking, why is this train even coming to our neck of the woods for our colony, why is it rumbling through and perhaps attracting hordes (omg please let that happen, everytime it shows up a horde accompanies it, forcing us to batten down the hatches where it stops), and overall what is its purpose in the world?īased on what i saw in the img, it looks like its part Cargo Transporting train, in which its carrying materials for the colony to use, perhaps its like a 'reward' for protecting the post and its materials to help boost the colony's resources. Now, i just read the newest update newsletter talking about the trains, and how they'll be this 'map element' that we'll need to invest resources into protecting sections of rails where the train arrives.
